Spikes Asia opens for 2026 awards submissions, with the launch of Creative B2B Award

23 October 2025 - Spikes Asia, APAC’s most prestigious and sought-after award for creativity and marketing effectiveness, has today announced that the 2026 Awards are open for submissions. This year sees a series of updates designed to reflect the region’s rapidly evolving creative landscape and to celebrate work that drives business impact, inclusivity, and innovation.


Following consultation with the industry, the Creative B2B Spikes Award has been introduced to celebrate game-changing creativity and effectiveness in work for products and services that professionals purchase on behalf of businesses. The new Award will champion the region's most innovative B2B work - an increasingly vital segment across APAC - and celebrate the strategic role creativity plays in driving business growth and building lasting brand connections.

In addition to the launch of the Creative B2B Spikes, the 2026 Awards introduce several exciting updates elsewhere, including an update to the Design Spikes with a new Transformative Design section to recognise design excellence that delivers measurableimpact through innovation. A new Cultural Engagement category has been introduced, which spans across all Cultural & Context sections. This category celebrates work that connects authentically with different communities - honouring smart, culturally aware branded communications that makes the region unique. Glass: The Award for Change has evolved to spotlight work that creates long-term impact and more inclusive representation across a broader range of communities. And, to reflect the rise of the creator economy, the Social & Creator Spikes Award has undergone a refresh to better recognise and celebrate the growing role creators play in shaping brand messages.

By introducing the Creative B2B Spikes, we’re giving brands and agencies a dedicated platform to have their work recognised, raise creative standards and recognise the impact of this vital and fast-growing sector.”

Alongside the Awards opening for entries, Spikes Asia will also unveil a week packed with learning and networking ahead of the Awards Ceremony next March - developing the next generation of creative talent and celebrating the very best of APAC creativity.
